Parade Sunday August 16th line up starting at 3:00 pm. Begins Nash Road Behind Fire Station. Parade Theme 250 years red white and blue Cash Prizes for Floats (anything with wheels) Floats must be of Theme to be eligible for cash Prizes the number 250 and red white and blue must be on it. 1st place $200.00 2nd place $150.00 3rd place $100.00 and Honorable Mention $50.00
Committee is looking for a any kind of talent! Example Singers dancers music interments clowns etc We will be having Pet Show, Softball game. Games for kids we will not have Baby parade not enough interest the last to years.
Bounce house a Bull will be back plus two new games One Bounce house for 12yrs and younger

This century old tradition began in 1911. Troy Homecoming is a free community festival held annually in southern Geauga County (at 13950 Main Market Road; Burton, Ohio 44021) during the second weekend of August. In a world of agendas and high tech distractions, Troy Township residents and friends are standing out by focusing on pure old fashioned fun. A team of community oriented folk have joined forces to rekindle small town fellowship.
You are invited to participate in this beautiful gathering of families and neighbors. Enjoy the ever expanding schedule of entertainment and activities while sampling the ware of local businesses. Throughout the weekend Troy Homecoming hosts various competitions and live entertainment. Visit our “Schedule” page for details.
Do more than just attend. Become a building block to this wholesome atmosphere. Be a sponsor, vendor and/or volunteer.
